Terms of Use

By accessing the Site, users acknowledge they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Site is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old and possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users represent they have authority to act on behalf of their organization.

The Site provides information about Early's activities and includes content such as videos, text, images, code, and interactive features (collectively, "Content"). All rights to Content are reserved to Early or its licensors. The Site is provided "AS IS" without warranties, and Early disclaims liability for damages from its use.

Users may create accounts using email or social network credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and safeguarding passwords. Accounts must contain accurate information. Early may suspend access if it believes there are security risks, Terms violations, or legal requirements necessitating suspension.

Users requesting account cancellation should email support@startearly.ai.

Cancelling your account may cause the loss of the features or capacity of your account and all data uploaded.

Prohibited activities include:

• Using the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Removing proprietary notices or intellectual property indicators
• Harvesting personally identifiable information without consent
• Interfering with Site operations or infrastructure
• Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering Content
• Creating databases from Site content
• Transmitting malware or harmful code
• Framing or mirroring Site content without authorization

Early respects user privacy and commits to protecting shared information. The Privacy Policy details collection practices and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Early owns or licenses all intellectual property related to the Site, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. These Terms grant limited, revocable use rights only. Users grant Early an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any feedback provided without additional compensation.

Early's marks, logos, and proprietary identifiers are trademarked. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. No license or right to any marks is granted.

Users may establish hypertext links to the Site without implying approval or connection. Early does not endorse linked external sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Users access linked sites at their own risk.

Site availability depends on communication networks. Early does not warrant continuous operation or immunity from unauthorized access or errors.

Early reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove the Site or Content without notice. Early is not liable for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuance.

The Site and Content are provided on an "as is", "with all faults" and "as available" basis.

Early and its representatives disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Early is not responsible for Site errors, faults, or mistakes.

Early and its representatives are not liable for direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use.

Early's and Early's representatives' total aggregate liability for all damages or losses whatsoever arising hereunder shall be limited to US $1.00.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Early from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from their use of the Site, Terms violations, or violations of third-party rights.

Early may change these Terms at its sole discretion. Material changes are effective seven days after notice. Other changes are effective as of the stated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Early may discontinue user access or cease Site operation without notice at its sole discretion. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Early
• Governed by Israeli law without reference to conflict-of-laws principles
• Exclusive jurisdiction in competent courts in Tel-Aviv, Israel
• No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created
• If provisions are unenforceable, they are limited to maintain validity
• Users cannot assign these Terms without written consent; Early may assign without restriction

Any cause of action must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
